Q: How should I care for my Aavrit Silk garments?
A: Because of the premium and delicate nature of traditional weaves and silks, we strictly recommend Dry Cleaning Only for all our attire. Store them in a cool, dry place wrapped in clean cotton muslin cloth to preserve the zari and fabric shine for generations. Avoid direct spraying of perfumes on the fabric.
Q: Can I expect slight variations in the fabric color or weave?
A: Yes. Minor irregularities in the weave, texture, or slight variations in color are natural characteristics of authentic textiles and are a testament to their unique journey. Furthermore, minor color variations may occur due to photographic lighting or your digital screen settings.

Q: How can I track my order status?
A: Once your order is shipped, we will send an email and an SMS with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to see live updates under your order history.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We offer a completely secure checkout experience powered by Shopify. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and instant UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Choose one: Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed or handed over to our delivery partners, we cannot cancel or change it.
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
A: While we do thorough quality checks before shipping, if an item is damaged during transit, please email us at aavritshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear pictures of the damage. We will guide you through a smooth exchange process.
