Processing & Dispatch Time:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from our facility.

Note: For premium handwoven pieces or custom orders, dispatch timelines may vary, and any specific delays will be communicated to you immediately.

Shipping Charges & Estimates:

Within India: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India above ₹4,999 and shipping charges according to the location and delivery partners.

Delivery Timelines:

Once dispatched, domestic orders usually take 4 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location (metro cities generally receive packages faster than remote areas).

Order Tracking:

As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, a shipping confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you containing your tracking ID. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the courier’s tracking link.

Damaged or Misplaced Packages:

We pack our garments with the utmost care in secure, moisture-resistant packaging to preserve premium fabrics.

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, torn, or tampered with by the courier agent, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately at aavritshop@gmail.com.

We are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by unavoidable logistics disruptions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or extreme weather conditions. However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving transit issues.
