Returns & Exchanges
At Aavrit Silk, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. If your purchase does not entirely meet your expectations, we are here to help you with an easy exchange process.
Key Policy Terms:
- Window: We offer a 7-day exchange or return window from the date of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition as received, with all original tags, folds, and packaging intact. Due to the delicate nature of premium traditional textiles, items showing signs of drape lines, perfume scents, or damage will not be accepted.
- Exchanges: If you face a sizing issue or receive a damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the correct size or a fresh piece, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be issued via Store Credit / Gift Card valid for 1 year, or refunded directly to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item passes our quality check.
How to initiate an exchange or return:
Please email us at aavritshop@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the item within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Reverse pickup styling charges may apply depending on your location, or you can self-ship the item back to our hub.
